General
How do I get started?
Sign up for the Starter plan at no cost. No credit card required. When you need more storage or the Pro CRM modules, upgrade to Pro.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrading to Pro takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Moving back to Starter takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is my data secure?
Yes, all data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and store data in secure cloud infrastructure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) for subscription payments.
For Photographers
Can I have multiple team members?
Yes, on every plan. There are no seat limits. Each team member gets their own login with the permissions you choose.
Can clients see each other?
No, each client only sees their own galleries and data. Client data is completely isolated for privacy.
How do payments work?
Connect your Stripe account to accept payments. Clients pay online through payment links, and funds transfer directly to your bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically 2 business days).
What file formats are supported?
LOTULIS supports: Photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF), Videos (MP4, MOV), Documents (PDF), and 3D Tours (Matterport, Zillow 3D, and other embed links).
Is there a file size limit?
Individual files can be up to 500MB. Your total storage depends on your membership level.
For Clients (Real Estate Agents)
Do I need to pay for access?
No. Viewing and downloading your galleries is free. Your photographer manages billing for their services.
Can I work with multiple photographers?
Yes. One email is one person on LOTULIS, so galleries from every photographer you work with land in the same account.
How long can I access my files?
For as long as your photographer keeps the gallery live. Nothing expires on a timer. Contact your photographer directly if a gallery you need is no longer available.
Technical
What browsers are supported?
LOTULIS works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience.
Is there a mobile app?
LOTULIS is a web-based platform optimized for mobile browsers. There's no separate app to download - just visit the website from any device.
Do you have an API?
Yes. Generate an API key under Settings, then Developer. Full documentation is on the way.
